Den Planet joined fellow stakeholders across the South West Region of Cameroon to commemorate World Environment Day through a series of impactful activities. Together, we carried out community clean-ups, tree-planting exercises, awareness campaigns, and advocacy sessions aimed at restoring degraded spaces and inspiring environmental responsibility. These collective actions reflect our commitment to building healthier, greener, and more resilient communities.
This year, as the world focuses on one of the most urgent environmental threats of our time, Den Planet is calling on everyone to take a stand against plastic pollution. Plastic waste has become a global crisis—polluting our rivers and oceans, harming wildlife, threatening human health, and destroying ecosystems.
Each of us has a role to play. By reducing plastic use, supporting recycling efforts, and promoting sustainable alternatives, we can work together to protect our planet.
